Hisener Expands Stainless Steel Capacity to Support Growing Global Demand
Hisener Industrial Co., Ltd. has expanded its manufacturing capabilities with the addition of a dedicated stainless steel production plant equipped with high-efficiency machinery. The expansion increases the company’s total stainless steel fastener capacity to over 5,000 tonnes per month, strengthening its ability to serve growing global demand.
Using high-quality 304, 316 and 410 stainless steel, Hisener supplies a wide range of fasteners including screws, threaded rods, bolts, nuts, washers, anchor bolts, rigging hardware, pins and fittings, widely used in construction, solar photovoltaic mounting systems and machinery applications. The comprehensive product range enables customers to source multiple stainless steel fasteners from a single supplier.
To meet the requirements of demanding and corrosive environments, Hisener places strong emphasis on certification and testing. Its stainless steel deck screws have obtained CE marking, while stainless steel wood structural screws are ETA certified (ETA 22/0584). The company operates salt spray and Kesternich (acid rain) testing equipment, conducting continuous 24-hour corrosion resistance tests on each production batch.
In addition to stainless steel products, Hisener also offers bi-metal screws combining stainless steel and alloy steel to deliver high penetration strength and strong pull-out performance.
Through capacity expansion, upgraded testing capabilities and a broader stainless steel and bi-metal product portfolio, Hisener aims to provide the global fastener industry with reliable, cost-effective and sustainable fastening solutions supported by a stable and responsive supply chain.
