On May 22, the International Fastener Show China 2026 (IFS China 2026), jointly organized by the China General Machine Components Industry Association, China Fastener Industry Association, Shanghai Afastener Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd., successfully concluded.

As the "wind vane" and "barometer" leading the fastener industry, IFS China consistently stands at the forefront of the industry, serving as a core window for discerning market trends and connecting global resources.

Centered on the theme of "Integrating Intelligent Manufacturing, Empowering With New Capabilities, And Bridging The World," IFS China, supported by a series of impressive data, is accelerating its transition pace from a "traditional fastener trading platform" to a "collaborative industrial chain enabling platform."

Over the three-day event, IFS China attracted 36,677 person-time visits from 69 countries and regions, marking a 41.07% increase compared to that of the 2025 edition. This included 3,242 person-time visits from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas countries and regions, representing a 19.72% growth over that of the 2025 edition. The industry coverage spanned the entire industrial chain, including automotive, motorcycles, bicycles, hardware & mechanical and electrical products, general machinery, rail transit, construction & building materials, aviation, shipbuilding, surface treatment, heat treatment, die-casting, sheet metal, petrochemicals, robotics, electricity, metal structures, and new energy industries, ensuring precise supply-demand matching and a business-rich atmosphere.

Located between Hall 1 and Hall 2, visitors were greeted by the "Art Brings Fasteners to Life" themed zone, co-created by Zhejiang Excellent Industries Co., Ltd. and IFS China 2026 Organizing Committee. Screw boutonnieres, nailed straw-rope furniture, nailed fiberboard artwork, screw crystal chandeliers... the 200 m2 space resembled an art gallery.

2.Fastener Art Corridor

At the entrance of Hall 3, the Fastener Art Corridor, a collaboration between Fengtuo Nuts and IFS China 2026 Organizing Committee, drew crowds. Artworks composed of screws, nuts, and washers were quietly displayed—a fusion of metal's cool hardness and creativity's warmth.

3."Yuema" Fastener Craft

Provided by Hebei Yuetong Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and designed on-site by IFS China 2026 Organizing Committee, the "Yuema (Galloping Horse)" fastener craft used screws as bones and nuts as muscles, as the creator employed the unique industrial language of fasteners to sculpt a steed ready to gallop. In the year of the horse, this craft wishes industrial colleagues: To gallop ahead and embrace great prospects!

Visitors praised the "classy feel when visiting," with foreign guests exclaiming "Amazing" and proactively scheduling the follow-up visits. They demonstrated with pieces of fastener with warmth that "Made in China" can not only achieve excellence but also create aesthetics and convey emotion, opening infinite possibilities for the industry's high-quality development.

Powerful Debuts, Unveiling Cutting-Edge Industry Innovations

Sijin Intelligent Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. (Booth No. H1-1013): The company launched the SJBP-67S Parts Cold Heading Forming Machine and the SJBP(H)-136L Heavy-Duty Parts Cold Heading Forming Machine. The SJBP-67S Machine features a Half-split-mould structure and deep-hole thin-wall precision forming technique, achieving high-precision ball head forming in one step, which technique reaches the international advanced levels, breaking foreign monopolies. The SJBP(H)-136L Machine innovates with a secondary Half-split-mould process, completing multiple procedures of hexagon, ball head, clamp, etc., in a single cycle, significantly boosting efficiency and precision.

Ningbo Tengwei Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. (Booth No. H1-1157): The company launched the TWBF-106S Multi-Station Heavy-Duty Cold Heading Forming Machine. With 120-ton forging force and a thickened cast bed, it can handle mass production of high-strength parts. A full servo-drive system allows screen-based setting for stoppers and feeding, eliminating mechanical adjustments. The servo manipulator features torque and angle detection for precise, quiet operation. A patented multi-layer clutch ensures direct power transmission. Paired with a Siemens CNC system, one operator can easily manage it.

Yongjin Intelligent Machinery (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (Booth No. H1-1251B): The company debuted the CY06XN075 High-Speed Thread Rolling Machine. It rolls threads for M3-M6 fasteners at 380-450 PPM, doubling capacity. A fully enclosed shield and servo motor reduce energy consumption by 15%-20% with low noise. Equipped with an intelligent control system for high precision, it can meet high-end demands in automotive, aerospace, and other sectors.

Foshan Taichuang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Booth No. H1-1757): The company unveiled a Digital Intelligent Tapping Workshop Solution. Its core product, the Digital Intelligent Tapping Machine, uses CNC bus communication, high-precision automatic alignment (concentricity ≤0.03mm), and intelligent torque detection, effectively solving tap breakage issues, enabling online full inspection and unmanned machining. The workshop integrates smart warehousing, RGV/AGV feeding, a self-developed management system, and humanoid robot inspection, achieving lean management of full process from production scheduling to storage of finished goods. Suitable for aviation, wind power, high-speed rail, automotive, medical industries, etc., it helps build AI-driven "lights-out" factories.

Sacma Machinery (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (Booth No. H1-1733): The company premiered the VT-10 Tapping Machine. SACMA's branch, HS ASPE Company showcased its four-spindle tapping machine with high-precision multi-spindle capability, multi-workpiece feeding function, quick tool change system, and integrated tap stress monitoring system. Designed for high efficiency and reliability, it operates at up to 200 parts per minute (ppm), applied in high-precision fields e.g. aerospace and automotive industries.

Bossard Fasteners (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Booth No. H3-711): The company introduced new fasteners based on ultrasonic welding technology, requiring only 3 seconds for installation, replacing connections of adhesives and traditional machines, enabling lightweighting and cost reduction. Products include zEPP plastic nuts for EPP foam, PIN plastic nails for honeycomb plates, Lotus hot-rivet fasteners for interior textiles, and InWWerse/Lawalock metal parts for fiber-reinforced plastics. It is applicable in automotive, aerospace, rail transit industries, etc., and now in mass production. The company also launched Wenzhong professional thread pre-coating adhesives (nylon, W-GRIP chemical, W-SEAL sealant adhesives), dual microcapsule technology, zero VOC. Integrating anti-loosening, sealing, weld spatter prevention, and insulation, with IPX8 waterproof rating, it is suitable for battery packs and liquid-cooled servers.

Shanghai Tool Works Co., Ltd. (Booth No. H3-1107): The company provided a full range products of taps, solid carbide tools, and precision measuring instruments. Taps are widely used in fasteners, automotive, and general machinery industries, offering high efficiency, precision, and reliability. Solid carbide thread tools, twist drills, and end mills are compatible with equipment including tapping machines and machining centers, meeting complex threading needs. Precision measuring tools include thread ring plug gauges, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators, suitable for various industrial precision measurement scenarios.
